How long does it take to build and ship a custom gaming PC?
Every custom PC is hand-assembled by our expert technicians. Typically, it takes 2-5 business days for assembly and testing, followed by 3-5 business days for standard shipping depending on your location.
What kind of warranty comes with NZXT products?
Our components carry individual warranties ranging from 2 to 10 years. For NZXT BLD systems, we offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty that covers all parts and labor to ensure your peace of mind.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States, Canada, and select European regions. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of supported countries and regional shipping rates.
What is your return policy for components and systems?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built PCs may be subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than hardware failure.
Can I upgrade my NZXT BLD system without voiding the warranty?
Yes, we encourage hardware enthusiasts to upgrade. Opening your case or adding new components does not void your warranty, provided that the new parts do not cause damage to the original hardware.
